TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Aure Tours seeks to provide you with a successful and unforgettable travel experience. The following is the Aure Tours contract. Please read the conditions in detail. Our prices do not include international airfare, international airport tax, national taxes, extra food not specified on the itinerary, personal spending, personal insurance, and tips.

REQUIREMENTS TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION

Thank you for sending the following information:

  • FULL NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, AND NATIONALITY
  • PASSPORT NUMBER  
  • 50% DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO MAKE THE RESERVATION
  • THE REMAINING AMOUNT PAID BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL TO LIMA.
  • PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR PASSPORT
  • INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT INFORMATION
    (Date and hour of arrival, flight number and airline company)

TO GUARANTEE YOUR RESERVATION

To guarantee your reservation, Aure Tours requires the necessary deposit together with the completed reservation form (you may find this form on our web page or in the paperwork that was sent with the price estimate). A reservation is official on the date that Aure Tours sends your confirmation receipt (after we have received your deposit). On this date the deposit is no longer refundable or transferable. Aure Tours reserves the right to not accept a reservation at our discretion.

INFORMATION ON THE RESERVATION PAYMENT:

Aure Tours S.R.L requires a forward payment of 50% of the total price 30 days before the date of the trip in order to begin with the reservation.  
The payment will be with credit card using the VISA payment system on our web page. This method will automatically charge a 9% commission on the total transaction.

COMPLETE PAYMENT

The full service payment must be in cash. A representative of Aure Tours will organize a date with you to complete the payment at your hotel in Lima.

CANCELLATIONS

If you decide to cancel your trip, there may be cancellation fees. The deposit contract is non refundable. Some services may be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions, disturbances, reasons beyond ones control, etc., or changes beyond the control of hotels, airlines, etc. No refund will be given as a result of these trip interruptions.  

TRIP INSURANCE AND CANCELLATION

Trip insurance is required for clients that travel with Aure Tours. The clients are responsible for having adequate coverage for the duration of the tour in respect toward medical expenses, injury, death, repatriation, or cancellation. It is our policy to review the validity and coverage of your insurance policy and we retain the right to refuse service to whatever person whose insurance does not satisfy these criteria.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our clients must understand the possible risks inherent in adventurous travel, and they must decide for themselves to participate in our tours, treks, and expeditions as described in our programs. It is also important to understand the best situations may go bad. Above all, Peru has a low quality of infrastructure. This may cause tour delays, discomfort, or desperate circumstances. Aure Tours cannot handle complaints in respect to the previously mentioned aspects.
